Now I've come to the end of my warranty I will leave a review, Mark was excellent and provided good customer service. The thing buying used cars there is never a guarantee things will run smoothly. I had a problem with coolant which is a common problem with Vauxhall Astra of the period and Bluechip paid for the work with the help of Motor Ring. I feel Motorring were very fair and I would recommend them especially as they give a good guarantee. Also be aware the 3 month guarantee doesn't cover everything such as normal wear and tear parts if they go wrong like and any pipe isn't covered.

Dealt with Mark from MotorRing for purchasing my Nissan Qashqai. First time I'd bought a used car for over 4 years and Mark made the process incredibly easy and always had an answer to my questions.

I was under time pressure to find a car, so Mark made sure finance was sorted within a matter of days & handover was very easy, all sorted within a week. Car was immaculate and serviced by them with a year's MOT.

Great experience, highly recommend and will be using MotorRing again when I decide to upgrade.

Words cannot describe how impressed my wife and I are with Motor Ring. Khalid and his team have gone above and beyond when buying our first family car. We've previously had a bad experience buying a car from a dealership, so we were a little apprehensive about going to another one. Brilliant!!
The service was brilliant and I drove my car away the next day. I have had the car since Tuesday and it drives like a dream! So far so good! I got an excellent warranty that covered up to £5000 on main parts for my peace of mind. The service was ten out of ten. I never felt pressurised and he explained everything in detail and with a clear knowledge of cars! Would definitely consider buying from them again if the need ever arises and would also recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I bought my Peugeot 3008 through Khalid and motorring back in 2021. The car has served me well. Two of our road trips have been to Italy, and we are planning a third. The after sale service is the biggest reason I came here to review the car 2 years after purchasing it. It is rare to find a private dealership who will answer your questions months after the purchase. Every time I have spoken and asked a question, whether it is about certain functions in the car or advice, motoring and Khalid have been exceptionally helpful.
The bottom line is that we all have bad customer service experiences. Customers will have bad experiences with even the most customer-centric organizations, but if 80%+ of the customers are raving about the company, then they must be doing something right!
